it should have >20x optical zoom.image sensor real good.should work well in nightmode or lowlight.also i was wondering if i can compromise wid SD rather than HD .should have optical image stabilisation,>30fps,good quality built-in-mic and fascility to plugin earphones.
i know i am askin too much for this price but if there is someone who knws d best choice available.then please guide me thru d same.please help!!

your best option is to use the money to hire a videographer with camera. you will get better results.
