My AIPTEK digital camcorder registers a low battery no matter how fresh (or expensive) the batteries are?

any suggestions?

You’re probably using regular alkaline batteries – try rechargeable NiMH batteries. NiMH batteries last much longer in high-drain devices such as digital cameras. You can find rechargeable NiMH batteries at almost any Walgreens, Radio Shack, Best Buys, etc.
