What camcorders have a USB driver for windows vista?

I have learned that not all camcorders that have USB capabilities are compatible with Vista. I have a Dell Dimension 9200 and need a camera that can upload video from mini DV tapes. The Dell has NO firewire ports so this is not an option for me.
I know sony does NOT have a driver – so I just want to make sure that I don’t choose a manufacturer that does not have a driver as well.

That is correct, only the new camera have the Vista compatibility, older ones support XP only, but do you know what make a USB compatible or not compatible with Visa? it is the driver! so even if the camera is not compatible with Vista, you can go to the camcorder manufacture support website, you will find a patch (driver) for Vista which will make your camcorder compatible with Vista, that is it!

* Sony 1000% have the update driver for the Vista, check their support website, or write down the model number and I will guide you to the link (that if you already bought the camera), if you hadn’t yet, then all the new ones are compatible with Vista!
