How good are the super cheap camcorders?

I have seen a lot of camcorders by aiptek and dxg and pure digital. Are they any good what kind of issues do they have?
Does anyone know where to get the CVS one use camcorders?

I’d be happy to send you a couple of vids recorded on my Aiptek DV-4100 ($30 bottom of the line).

It’s great for my home movies. Issues include manual focus adjustment and button "click" noises when filming. It’s difficult to tell if you’ve got something in focus or not and when you digitally zoom, you have to adjust the focus along with it.
It records at a VHS frame speed and isn’t bad.

It depends on what you want to do with these camcorders. If you want to record home movies whenever you want and dont feel like hauling a larger camcorder these are great they can capture video quickly and easily. However if you have an important event, christmas or you want to make a movie they are terriable. The picture quality from these devices looks slightly worse then VHS and they cant hold a large amount of data. They also have trouble focusing sometimes, and you have to buy extra memory to really record anything of any length. The CVS one use camcorders you can get from any CVS. For quick and convient they are not bad.
